Salumificio Pavesi since 1978 produces and sells the typical traditional Emilian cured meats. The establishment of over 3,000 square meters located on the green hills of Appennino Reggiano.
The position and therefore the microclimate and the air crisp and clean, promote the natural maturation of our products. Unlike large industrial production, our meats can rely on careful selection of raw materials (only domestic pigs slaughtered fresh) and totally handcrafted workmanship.
Our products, all free from gluten and allergens are produced according to centuries-old tradition of Emilian pork butcher.
