The traditional Bolognese Tortellino has the typical shape with the embroidered closure and distinguishes itself from that “industrial pinch”.
Soverini does not use added preservatives because the excellent raw materials last longer than 60 days of finished product: mature ham (40%) mortadella Bologna I.G.P. (40%), Parmigiano Reggiano (18.4%), salt and nutmeg. All the Soverini pasta is produced with a bronze press and trafo that makes the pasta rough and beautiful with a yellow color.
