Pasticceria Quadrifoglio S.r.l. was established in 1979 as a handicraft workshop. Over the years it has grown, while at the same time radically changing its company mission by focusing it solely o the production and sale of desserts for catering. It was precisely within the context of its continuous search for products suitable for the catering channel that the read-to-drink sorbet lines carry in the Sorbissimo® and Sorbfruit® trademarks and the alcohol-free dessert drink Cremiximo® were created.

In recent years two distinct organisations have developed within the company for interpreting the new types of markets: CATERING mass distribution and organised mass distribution.
The H.A.C.C.P. self-control method was introduced in the company in 1998, and it guarantees that the production cycle observes all the regulations in force concernin hygiene and genuineness.
